ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to take further action on the petitioner's complaint dated 14.01.2020 given by the petitioner to the respondents.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that after the receipt of the petitioner's complaint dated 14.1.2020, a preliminary enquiry was conducted and thereafter, the First Information Report was registered in Cr.No.80/2020 under Sections 143, 294(b), 323 IPC and 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Woman Act.
3. Recording the aforesaid submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
