Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner for appointment as drawing teacher under the Special Teachers Recruitment with reference to the priority of MGPR Priority-DEX forthwith and to extend all benefits.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner for appointment as Drawing Teacher under the Special Teachers Recruitment with reference to the priority of MGPR Priority-DEX forthwith and to extend all benefits.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 1st respondent and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the 2nd respondent and perused the materials available on record.
3. It is seen that now the petitioner is aged about 57 years and therefore he barred for applying any post. That apart, now the recruitment process has been changed and accordingly, the petitioner ought to have been passed the teacher eligibility test. Therefore, the
prayer sought for in this writ petition cannot be considered. Thus, the writ petition is devoid of merits and is liable to be dismissed.
4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs. 04.09.2023.
