The petitioners seek quash of the proceedings in Cr.No.373 of 2014, on the file of the first respondent. 2.

Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned Government Advocate [Crl.side] for first respondent. 3.

Learned counsel for petitioners submitted that the occurrence complained of, has given rise to registration of two cases, one in Crime No.373 of 2014, on the file of the first respondent/Police against the petitioners and another in Crime No.374 of 2014 against the rival party. The learned counsel for petitioners further submitted that there is no progress in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

investigation, and the requirement of the Police Standing Orders, vis-a-vis, case and counter have not been followed. However, the learned counsel is unable to inform this Court as to how such Standing Orders have not been followed. Under these circumstances, the Petition shall be dismissed with direction to the Investigating Agency, the first respondent, to expedite and complete the investigation if not done thus far.
