The Transfer Petition is filed to withdraw OP.No.227 of 2023 pending on the file of the Principal District Court, Erode and transfer the same to the file of the Principal District Court, Coimbatore.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent on instructions would submit that the respondent has no objection for the transfer provided that domestic violence case now pending before the Judicial Magistrate, Coonoor be transferred to the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Coimbatore. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also have no objection for the transfer of the DVC case.

3. Accordingly, the following directions are issued: (i) OP.No.227 of 2023 now pending on the file of the Principal District Court, Erode is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Principal District Court, 2/5

(ii) Likewise, DVC.No.1 of 2025 now pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Coonoor, is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Judicial Magistrate,

4. With the above directions the transfer petition is disposed off. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
