The above application has been moved to permit the Official Liquidator to consider the quotation submitted by M/s.Ravi and Raghu, Chartered Accountants. In order to comply with the orders of this Court, so as to assist the Official Liquidator to examine the books of accounts of the Company in liquidation the Official Liquidator Office have received three quotations from 1) K.Murugan & Co, Chartered Accountants, who had quoted Rs.5,00,000/- + GST 2) K.Jeyasekar & Co, Chartered Accountants, who had quoted Rs.4,00,000/- + GST and 3) Ravi & Raghu, Chartered Accountants, who had quoted Rs.3,00,000/- + GST.

2. It appears that Ravi & Raghu, Chartered Accountants had given a most reasonable quote. Therefore, the Official Liquidator is directed to consider the quotation submitted by M/s.Ravi & Raghu. The Company Application is allowed as prayed for.
