O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned order of 2nd respondent relating to Namakkal District Gazette Notification dated 04.10.2005 and quash the same in so far it relates to Serial Nos.6 to 9 relating to S.No.193 of Singalamkombai Village, Namakkal District and also seeking a direction to forbear the respondents from any manner granting stone quarry lease or dealing with the said quarry in favour of any other person.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the appeal filed by the petitioner is pending before the competent forum, and hence, she prayed that this Writ Petition may be closed with a liberty to proceed with the appeal and she has also made endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is closed with a liberty to work out the petitioner's remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, the connected Writ Petition Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
