ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for their willful disobedience of the order dated 30.09.2022 passed by this Court in W.P. No.15594 of 2013.

2. It is submitted by the learned Special Government Pleader General that, as against the orders passed in W.P.No.15594 of 2013, an intra-court appeal in W.A.No.1239 of 2023 has been preferred.

3. While that be so, it would not be appropriate to parallely adjudicate the present contempt petition. Hence, the Contempt Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out the remedy subject to the final outcome of the Writ Appeal.
