ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the second respondent herein to secure and produce the detenu, the husband of the petitioner, namely, Sigamani, S/o. Raj, aged about 40 years, before this Court and set him free, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that initially a case has been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
registered under Section 174 of Cr.P.C. in Crime No.181 of 2017 on the file of Thiruchendur Temple Police Station. Thereafter, the body of the detenu was found and handed over to the petitioner.
3. In such view of the matter, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed.
