Inadvertently, the matter was filed before this Court. Therefore, the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.16952 of 2025 in Crl.A.NO.153 of 2025, dated 11.09.2025 is recalled and the case is directed to be placed before the appropriate forum.

2. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to prefer an appeal before the trial Court within 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The Registry is directed to return the papers within one week from the date of this order.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Appeal is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
