2. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, in W.P.No.30618, 24328 & 24335 of 2022, dated 22.10.2024, this court is inclined to modify the paragraph No.6(i) alone as follows:

''6.(i) The petitioner is directed to deposit the entire demand amount made in the impugned order dated 10.11.2020 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order; Immediately after the entire payment, the petitioner is entitled to run the quarry as per the lease agreement dated 04.02.2008 without any violation. If there is any violation, liberty is granted to the petitioner to proceed with the matter in accordance with law.''

3. With the above modification, the present review applications are disposed of. No costs.
