This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the third and sixth respondents to provide an opportunity to the petitioner to place all his records with respect to the market value of the property in order to determine and pay the sufficient compensation in full, before erecting the High Tension Electrical Tower and Electric wires in and over the lands of the petitioner, comprised in Sno.84/B2 with an extent of 0/21 cents situate in Nedungur Village, Pugalur Taluk, Karur District, in line with the order of the first respondent dated 25/1/2021 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 8/2/2021.
2. Today, this matter has come up under the caption "For withdrawal."
3. When the matter is taken up through Video Conferencing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that compensation has been paid to the petitioner. Hence the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition.
4. In view of the oral submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
