JUDGMENT
The learned counsel for the Appellant/Accused produced a communication from the Superintendent of Prisons (Singanallur), Coimbatore. Wherein, a certificate has been issued indicating that the Appellant/Accused viz. Mr.Vijayakumar S/o. Appavu pertaining to Crime No.74 of 2010 had served his entire Sentence imposed and was released from the prison on 23.06.2018. In view of the same, this Appeal becomes infructuous.
2.Mr.L.Baskaran, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) also verified the above facts narrated by the learned counsel for petitioner and affirmed the statement.
3.In view of the above, this Criminal Appeal stands Dismissed as Infructuous.
