Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant extension of time for the petitioners for a period of two weeks to comply with the order of this Hon'ble court made in Crl.OP.No.18193 of 2020 by order dated 19.11.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SASIKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.THANKIRA Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time to the petitioners to comply with the conditional order dated 19.11.2020 made in Crl.O.P.No.18193 of 2020.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioners shall execute two sureties for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Vellore and two weeks time is granted to the petitioners to comply with the said conditional order passed by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready. which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
