Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Section 226 of the Constitution of India for issue of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the Fourth Respondent issued e-Tender Notice No.42/202526/SE/B(C&M) C/SLM dated 07.01.2026 with Special Attention of the applicant in so far as S.No.5 is concerned to quash the same and consequently direct the fourth respondent to accept the Petitioner 2/7
Tender Application without insisting site visit certificate and to evaluate the same in respect of the e-Tender Notice No.42/202526/SE/B(C&M) C/SLM Dated 07.01.2026 issued by the fourth respondent.

This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "To call for the records of the Fourth Respondent issued e-Tender Notice No.42/2025-26/SE/B(C&M) C/SLM dated 07.01.2026 with Special Attention of the applicant in so far as S.No.5 is concerned to quash the same and consequently direct the fourth respondent to accept the Petitioner Tender Application without insisting site visit certificate and to evaluate the same in respect of the eTender Notice No.42/2025- 26/SE/B(C&M) C/SLM Dated 3/7
07.01.2026 issued by the fourth respondent."
2. On 29.01.2026, this Court passed the following order: As an interim measure, this Court directs the 4th respondent to issue the requisite certificates to the petitioner before 02:30 p.m. today and open the web portal so as to enable the petitioner to upload the said documents.
2.It is informed by Mr.V.Jeevagiridharan, learned AGP that the bids are slated to be opened on 03:00 p.m. today. Now, it shall be opened at 04:30 p.m. today after receiving the bid of the petitioner herein.
3.Post the matter for reporting compliance on 02.02.2026.
3. Today, it is informed that the orders of this Court dated 29.01.2026 has been complied with.
