Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, prays for issuance of Writ of Certiorari to call for the records relating to the order passed by the first respondent in MoD.ID.No. 14(6)/2014/D(JCM), dated 29.12.2014 and its consequential order of the second respondent No. 12/12/Verification/2014/A/IR, dated 09.01.2015 and quash the same and further direct the respondents to issue appropriate orders forbearing the Office Superintendents from participating/contesting in the Works Committee Elections.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect on the bundle.
