This Petition has been filed to set aside the Order passed by the learned Principal District Judge, Krishnagiri in R.E.P.No.07 of 2020 in O.S.No.40 of 2012, dated 24.06.2022.

2. When the case came up for hearing, learned Counsel for the Petitioner viz., L.R.Varshavimanthan (Ms.5925/21) sought permission of this Court to withdraw this case and he had also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made on this Petition by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
