ORDER
This Criminal Original petition has been filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to investigate / enquire the Crime No.45 of 2024 and the counter complaint given by the petitioner on 01.02.2024 and to conduct the investigation simultaneously.

The case of the petitioner is that there is a case and counter case and the respondent police have registered an FIR based on the complaint given by the rival party. Whereas, the complaint given by the petitioner has not been enquired. In view of the same, the present Criminal Original Petition has been filed before this Court. 3.
The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint given by the petitioner dated 01.02.2024 is at the stage of
enquiry and that the 2nd respondent will take a decision regarding the same and if ultimately, a cognizable offence is made out, an FIR will be registered and it will be investigated along with Crime No.45 of 2024. 4.
Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of.
