PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to call for the entire records concerned in C.C.No.169/2016 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate No.I, Panruti, Cuddalore District and quash the same in so far as the petitioner are concerned. ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition seeking to call for the entire records in C.C.No.169/2016, on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate No.I, Panruti, Cuddalore District and quash the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the case against the petitioner in C.C.No.169/2016, on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate No.I, Panruti, Cuddalore District, was ended in acquittal and therefore, this Court may close this petition, as there is nothing to adjudicate in this matter.

3. Considering the fact that the case against the petitioner is ended in an acquittal, nothing survives for adjudication in this Petition.
