When the mater is taken up today for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Board submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 22.11.2019 has been duly considered and passed an order by Memo No.CMMWSSB/P & A/VC2/32156/2019 dated 03.03.2020. In view of the above, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous.

2. Recording the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Board, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous, No costs.
