This application has been filed by the applicant/petitioner to condone the delay of 566 days in representing the O.P.D.No.1220 of 2015.

2. The other side has no serious objection in allowing this application.

3. Perused the application.

4. Having regard to the nature of the allegations found in the affidavit with regard to the delay, I am inclined to condone the delay.

5. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the application is allowed. Post the matter on 11.08.2021.
