Respondents in both WPs PRAYER: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to allow the petitioners to join duty as a cook in the Govt. Most Backward Class Welfare School Girls Hostel, Irrupukuruchi and Govt. Girls Hostel, Thittakudi respectively and to make necessary entries in the Service Register of the petitioners taking into account the B.Ed. Course done by them.

C O M M O N O R D E R When the matter was taken up today the learned counsel for the writ petitioners submitted that the relief sought in the writ petitions have been granted by the respondents and hence, the relief sought in the writ petitions has become infructuous and also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners and endorsement made, these Writ Petitions are dismissed as infructuous.
