ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall stay at Karaikal report before the Inspector of Police, Karaikal Town Police Station, Karaikal, every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed by this Court dated 12.12.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.30433 of 2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) would submit that the petitioner has not complied with the condition imposed by this Court for thirteen days.

4. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30433 of 2024 on 12.12.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice a week, i.e., on Monday and Thursday of every week at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 13.02.2025 dk Page No.2 of 3
