ORDER

The petitioner has moved the first respondents with his representation dated 27.12.2017 to cancel the patta No.357 issued in favour of the second respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr.M.Manigopi, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the first respondent, and makes a statement on instruction that the enquiry for the purpose is scheduled to take place at 3.00 p.m., on 24.05.2021 in the office of the District Collector, Thiruvannamalai. The said statement is recorded.

In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the District Collector, Thiruvannamalai is directed to hold an enquiry after issuing notices to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, and after providing the parties a fair and effective hearing and to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dispose of the said representation through a speaking order within a period of twelve (12) weeks (after the conclusion of the General Election of the Tamil Nadu State Legislative Assembly, 2021) from 24.05.2021.
