This Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience of the orders of this Court made in CRP (PD) No.1074 of 2013 dated 30.04.2013.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the main suit in O.S.No.298 of 2013 itself was disposed of and therefore nothing survives in this case.
