O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

2.This petition has been filed by the petitioner/husband of the detenue Aninaya, aged 19 years, Wife of Kalaimani, directing the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondents to cause production of his wife/the detenue before this Court and to set her at liberty.

3.The detenue Aninaya is secured and produced before this Court by the respondent police. Respondents 4 and 5, who are the grand parents of the detenue are also before us. On enquiry, the detenue told us that there is no illegal detention of her by anybody and that she is willing to go along with her grand parents/respondents 4 and 5. 4.Recording the statement made by the detenue to the effect that there is no illegal detention and that she is willing to go along with her grand parents, we are of the view that this petition could be closed as nothing further remains to be considered in this petition.

5.Accordingly, this petition is closed. It is open to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum seeking remedy, according to law.
