ORDER

The petitioner, Mr.A.Gopi has come to this Court seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to consider his representation dated 5.2.2016, wherein he has mentioned that after his reinstatement in service on 27.11.2015, till date, while extracting the work, the respondents have not come forward to pay him the full salary and allowances.

2. Mr.A.Kumar, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 & 2.

3. This Court, considering the limited prayer, without going to the merits, hereby directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 5.2.2016 on merits and pass https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

orders in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
