The suit filed by the Plaintiff for partition in O.S.No.4170 of 2013 was dismissed by the learned IV Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, on 14.09.2023. Aggrieved against the rejection of suit, the Plaintiff has filed an Appeal. Pending appeal he filed the present Petition viz., CMP.No.8069 of 2024, seeking order of injunction restraining the Respondent from alienating the suit property till the disposal of the above First Appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned counsel for the Respondent.

3.Alienation, if any made will be subject to result of the Appeal.

4.Accordingly, this Petition is closed.
