(Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) These petitions are filed by the petitioner/appellant seeking to accept the cause title in the above Tax Case Revisions.

2.Heard Mr.N.Prasad, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/appellant. 3.We perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition, wherein, it has been stated that the 2nd respondent Assessing Authority has attached the bank account of the petitioner maintained with the 3rd respondent Bank vide attachment notice dated 02.02.2024, and hence, it is necessary to array the respondents 2 and 3 who are proper parties to these proceedings for effective adjudication. Stating so, the present petition came to be filed.

4.In view of the above, these applications are ordered as prayed for. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the case papers and post these Tax Case Revisions "for admission" on 08.02.2024. [R.M.D., J.] [M.S.Q., J.] gya 07.02.2024 R. MAHADEVAN, J.
