Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Section 226 of the Constitution of India for issue of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the Tools and Plants Certificate dated 20.01.2026 issued by the second Respondent and to quash the same and direct the second respondent to issue Tools and Plant Certificate by considering the Petitioner's representation dated 20.01.2026 and consequently direct the first Respondent to consider the bid document uploaded by the Petitioner company in Bid ID No. 1565527 dated 19.01.2026 at 02.48 PM for the tender work viz., Extension of Bait Arch at Perumanal Village in Radhapuram Taluk of Tirunelveli District. This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "To call for the records pertaining to the Tools and Plants Certificate dated 20.01.2026 issued by the second Respondent and to quash the same and direct the second respondent to issue Tools and Plant Certificate by considering the Petitioner's representation dated 20.01.2026 and consequently direct the first Respondent to consider the bid document uploaded by the Petitioner company in Bid ID No. 1565527 dated 19.01.2026 at 02.48 PM for the tender work viz., Extension of Bait Arch at Perumanal Village in Radhapuram Taluk of Tirunelveli District."

2. No useful purpose would be served by directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's bid, since documents submitted by the petitioner is inadequate. What was given was as on 13.01.2026 was 13 T and 12 T crane and it is only on 20.01.2026, they have attempted to submit further documents when there was no orders of this Court.

3. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
