This Criminal Original petition has been filed to stay the entire proceedings in FIR.No.7 of 2016, on the file of the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Tiruvallur, Tiruvallur District.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that now the investigation has been completed in Crime No.7 of 2016 and filed a final report and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.110 of 2017, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tiruvallur, and it is pending for trial and hence, this Criminal Original Petition itself has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
