This Writ has been filed for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to give necessary police protection to the petitioner's life and limb and also to the present office bearers and the students to discharge our duties to the trust activities and for 2/5
running the Literacy Mission Matriculation higher Secondary School at Samalapuram, peacefully by considering the complaints dated 12-01- 2024 13-01- 2024 and 25-012024. 2.
Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that, based on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.66 of 2022 on the file of the 3rd respondent Police. The learned counsel further submitted that the Civil Court had passed a decree in O.S.No.300 of 2019 dated 18.10.2023 by the II Additional District and Sessions Court, Tiruppur.

In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the Police for enquiry and the respondent Police shall conduct the enquiry keeping in mind the judgment in Lalitha Kumari vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh reported in 2013 (6) CTC 353. On completion of the enquiry, the respondent Police shall take a decision regarding the further course of action. This process shall be completed by the respondent Police within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
