PRAYER : Writ Petition No.7580 of 2014 under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of mandamus forbearing the second respondent from interfering with the running of the petitioner's shop situated at opposite to Nilgiris, Sakabi Mohamed Road, Thousand Lights, Chennai-600 006, by selling coffee, tea and other allied food items till he is provided with alternative accommodation.

PRAYER : Writ Petition No.7581 of 2014 under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of mandamus forbearing the second respondent from interfering with the running of the petitioner's shop situated at opposite to Sheenlack Paint Company, No.57, Mc Nichols Road, Chetput, Chennai-31, by selling coffee, tea and other allied food items till she is provided with alternative accommodation. PRAYER : Writ Petition No.7582 of 2014 under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of mandamus forbearing the second respondent from interfering with the running of the petitioner's shop situated at opposite to Kothat Building, Near Ampit Building, Ampit Part Road, Ambattur, Chennai-58, by selling coffee, tea and other allied food items till she is provided with alternative accommodation.

PRAYER : Writ Petition No.7583 of 2014 under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of mandamus forbearing the second respondent from interfering with the running of the petitioner's shop situated Cathedral Garden Road, Opp. to BRS Hospital, Nungambakkam, Chennai-600 034, by selling coffee, tea and other allied food items till he is provided with alternative accommodation.

PRAYER : Writ Petition No.7584 of 2014 under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of mandamus forbearing the second respondent from interfering with the running of the petitioner's shop situated at opposite to Pettukola Tower, 191, Poonamallee High Road, Kilpauk, Chennai600 010, by selling coffee, tea and other allied food items till he is provided with alternative accommodation. PRAYER : Writ Petition No.7585 of 2014 under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of mandamus forbearing the second respondent from interfering with the running of the petitioner's shop situated at Prince Tower, Ambit Park Salai, Chennai-600 058, by selling coffee, tea and other allied food items till he is provided with alternative accommodation.

PRAYER : Writ Petition No.7586 of 2014 under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of mandamus forbearing the second respondent from interfering with the running of the petitioner's shop situated at opposite to Children Centre, Near Petrol Bunk, Pantheon Road, Egmore, Chennai-600 008, by selling coffee, tea and other allied food items till he is provided with alternative accommodation.

(4D) No.5, Municipal Administration and Water Supply (MCI) Department, dated 05.10.2016 and the proceedings of the Commissioner of Corporation in RDC.No.007/2016, dated 1.11.2016 nominating the members of the Vending Committee, we are not inclined to maintain the writ petitions and it is for the petitioners to approach the Vending Committee for obtaining the license.
