ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner by intervening the civil dispute between the petitioner and the Jansi Rani.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that on the complaint given by one A.Rethinam, petition enquiry was conducted in Online HVM 21192932 and the enquiry has been closed. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondents shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
