Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant extension of time for the petitioners to surrender before the learned Judicial magistrate-II, Thiruppur as per the order passed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.OP.No.18323 of 2020 dated 08.12.2020 on such terms and conditions as this Hon'ble Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.S.CHARLES, Advocate for the Petitioners and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time to the petitioners to comply with the conditional order dated 08.12.2020 made in Crl.O.P.No.18323 of 2020.
