This Contempt Petition has been filed seeking to initiate necessary

2 Cont.P. No.445 of 2024 contempt proceedings against the respondent for his willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in Crl. O.P. No.17877 of 2023 dated 10.08.2023.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted on instructions that investigation, in the above case, has been completed and final report was filed before the learned V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai on 10.02.2024 and E-Filing No.C202400037 has been issued.

3. In view of the above, this contempt petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai to act upon the final report within a period of 4 weeks and proceed further in accordance with law.
