This contempt petition is filed to punish the Respondents for willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.38162 of 2016 dated 03.11.2016 as per the Contempt of Court.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents has filed a calculation memo to substantiate that the order of this Court in W.P.No. 38162 of 2016 dated 03.11.2016 has been complied with. The same stands recorded.

3. Therefore, this contempt petition is closed with liberty to the Petitioner to approach the Respondents in case any other amount has not been paid to the Petitioner.
