This writ petition pertains to the reinstatement of the Petitioners until they attain the age of 60 years. Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the writ petition has been rendered infructuous by the efflux of time because the Petitioners crossed the age of 60 years in the meantime.

2. By recording the aforesaid submissions, W.P.No.25603 of 2011 is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
