Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records on the file of the 2nd respondent in Pa.No.3277/p3/pape1/TNGTC/go/ EMA/2013 dated 03.07.2013, quash the same and direct the 2nd respondent to appoint the petitioner to the post of Junior Draftsman Wiring (Motor Vehicle). O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking to quash the call letter issued by the second respondent dated 03.07.2013 and to direct the second respondent to appoint the petitioner to the post of Junior Draftsman Wiring (Motor Vehicle). 2.The case of the petitioner is that as per the sponsor made by the third respondent, the second respondent issued call letter dated 03.07.2013 to the petitioner to attend interview https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

for the post of Junior Draftsman Wiring (Motor Vehicle), however, the petitioner's case was rejected on the ground of having upper age. According to the petitioner, as per G.O.(Ms) No.152 dated 18.09.2006, a relaxation of five years has to be given since the second respondent had not called for the said post for the past ten years. Hence, this writ petition. 3.It is represented by the learned counsels appearing for both sides that the selection process is of the year 2013 and hence, nothing survives for disposal in this writ petition, at this distant point of time.

4.In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
