The petitioner has filed this petition to call for the records relating to the case in Cr.No.186 of 2018 on the file of the Inspector of Police, P6-Kodungaiyur Police Station, Chennai and quash the same.

give one more opportunity to the petitioner, the matter was again directed to be listed on 07.10.2021 under the caption " For Dismissal". Today, the case is listed for hearing under the caption "for dismissal" but today also none represented on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
