J U D G M E N T

This Second Appeal has arisen out of the Judgment and Decree of the Learned Sub Judge, Namakkal dated 21.12.1998 made in A.S.No.126 of 1995.

2. Mr.R.Singaravelan, learned counsel for the appellant submits that the sole appellant, namely R.Rangaraj died on 13.08.2014. He has also produced a copy of the death certificate which shows that Rangaraj, son of Ramasamy Reddiar died on 13.08.2014 and it was registered as Registration no.249/1204/01 on 25.08.2014. sole appellant died and no steps came to be taken within time allowed under the Civil Procedure code, the Second Appeal stands abated.
