When this Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsels for the parties submit that consequent to the constitution of the Central Administrative Tribunal, the Writ Petition has been transferred to the file of the Central Administrative Tribunal and is also disposed of by the Central Administrative Tribunal.

2. In view of the aforesaid submission, since the Writ Petition stands transferred to the Central Administrative Tribunal and is also disposed of by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Registry is directed to delete this Writ Petition from the file of this Court.
