O R D E R

This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioner as Dentist with all consequential, monetary benefit and other attendant benefits with effect from the date of the petitioner's initial appointment.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has worked as a Dentist in the second respondent Corporation and though the petitioner has worked for a considerable length of time, the salary for a period of 14 months of her work has not been paid by the second respondent. It is further submitted that the petitioner has made a representation to the 1st and 2nd respondents on 26.02.2015, prior to filing of the writ petition, requesting to regularize her services from the date of her initial appointment, but there is no response. 2/4

Learned counsel appearing for the respondents requested this Court to grant some time so that the respondents would consider the representation and reply suitably, and if at all, the salary is not paid for the past 14 months as submitted by the petitioner, the respondent would consider the same also and do the needful.

4. Considering the submissions of both sides and on perusal of the records, this writ petition stands disposed of, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.02.2015, as quickly as possible, not later than four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
