O R D E R

The instant writ petition is filed against the impugned order in cooperative civil miscellaneous appeal No.10/2006, dated 18.12.2008 on the file Learned Principal District Judge, Coimbatore in confirming the surcharge order passed by Cooperative Deputy Registrar, Coimbatore in surcharge No.2/98 dated 21.03.2002 and quash the same.

2. The writ petition was listed for hearing on 03.09.2019. None appeared for the writ petitioners. Thus, the case was directed to be listed on 04.09.2019 under the caption "For Dismissal".

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today i.e., on 09.09.2019, in the first round as well as in the second round, there is no representation on behalf of the writ petitioners. Thus, it is to be construed that the writ petitioners are not interested in pursuing the matter. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No Costs.
