This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the order passed in C.M.P. No.1562/2017 in C.C.No.154/215 dated 29.11.2017 by the Judicial Magistrate - II, Panruti and allow the petitioners for cross examination of PW.1 to PW.5.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the C.C.No.154/2015 itself entered in acquittal by an order dated 25.07.2019 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate II, Panruti. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous.
