.. Respondents These applications have been filed seeking for appointment of an employee of the applicant as the court receiver for the purpose of seizing subject vehicles from the respondents.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these applications. However, he seeks liberty for the applicant to file fresh application on the same cause of action seeking for appointment of an advocate commissioner to repossess the subject vehicles, instead of appointment of an employee as receiver as sought for in these applications. He has also made an endorsement in the court bundle to that effect.

3. Recording the said endorsement, these applications are dismissed as withdrawn by granting a liberty to the applicant as sought for.
