Surendranath, Advocate. 2.The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to the mandate of the Arbitrator being extended by a further period of six months. Accordingly, this Application is ordered and the mandate of the learned Arbitrator is extended for a further period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
