ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the order of the Respondent Rc.3221/12/EDP dated 27.07.2012 whereby the petitioner is placed under suspension.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel on either side submitted that the petitioner was reinstated in service by conclusion of proceedings and final order was passed for recovery of certain pecuniary amounts for the loss alleged to have been caused by the petitioner. Challenging the said order of punishment, a writ petition was filed in the year 2020, which is pending before this Court.

3. In the light of the above, the adjudication of this writ petition on merits is not required and accordingly the writ petition is closed leaving it open to the petitioner to agitate all the grounds raised herein in the other writ petition.
