2.It is stated by the learned Additional Advocate General that as against the order of the writ Court, the respondent has preferred a Writ Appeal in W.A.No.2990 of 2021 and in that an order of interim stay has been granted on 12.01.2023.

3.Considering the submissions made by the learned Additional Advocate General, the Contempt Petition is closed for the present. No costs.
