Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition of the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further orders dated 11.12.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.18633/2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.V.SRIDHARAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.KRITIKA KAMAL P. Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.18633 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Section 309 of IPC @ 306 of IPC, in Crime No.347 of 2018, while granting anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court dated 11.12.2020 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, once in two weeks i.e. alternative Monday's at 10.30 AM.
