order of detention passed by the second respondent 06.02.2021 in C3/D.O.No.15/2022 against the petitioner husband Soundar, Male aged 22years S/o.Chinnakili who is confined at Central Prison, Vellore and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenue before this Court and set him at liberty.

ORDER

The petitioner challenges the impugned order of detention in Memo C3/D.O.No.15/2022 dated 06.02.2022 detaining her husband as "Bootlegger", as contemplated under Section 2(b) of the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor reports that the order of detention passed against the detenu has been revoked by the Government by its order in G.O.Rt.No.3576, Home, Prohibition and Excise (IX)

Department, dated 14.06.2022 and he has also produced a copy of the Government Order.
